Brave engineers have taken apart the iPad2 Apple and documented the procedure in detailed images. In the overview you can see, the individual parts comprising the new model of success - and how small some of the components actually are. The best example are the speakers that turn out not larger than the nail of a little finger. And of course, the batteries must also have a special shape to fit in the flat unit.

Another striking feature: the iPad 2 is really not meant that it is building apart. One of the major difficulties expected the Apple hobbyist from iFixit at the beginning when it comes to the opening of the device. Instead of screws or clips Apple is dear to a lot of glue to connect the frame of the screen to the housing.
